Orphan care contributes to building a cohesive society that values the value of cooperation and solidarity. Caring for orphans helps to reduce social gaps and disparities between members of the community. Orphans who find those who care and understand their psychological and social needs can become individuals capable of making positive contributions to society, but they may become future leaders. The early loss of a parent may leave a psychological impact on the child's life. Orphans may feel lonely and have no support in their lives.

Attention to orphans from the Quran and Sunnah
The father of the orphan died when he was not yet an adult; he continued to be described as an orphan until he reached the age of puberty. When an orphan reaches puberty, most people lose their orphan name.
The Islamic religion urged the care of the orphan and its promise is one of the greatest human values that indicate giving and mercy. There are many verses in the Holy Quran that call for the care of orphans and care for them, such as: "Know that you have earned wealth from something that has been taken care of."
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "I am the orphan and I am the orphan." Islam did not limit the care of orphans to texts only, but urged the allocation of time and resources for their care, whether through charitable institutions or through social and religious directives, and many institutions have emerged that care for orphans in the Islamic world, reflecting the depth of commitment to the values advocated by religion.
The care of orphans in Islam is one of the most prominent manifestations of mercy and compassion among the members of society, and care for them is part of the Muslim commitment to society and its humanitarian and religious duty, through the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, we find clear directives calling for compassion and care for orphans, which guarantees them a decent life and achieves equality and justice in society. Therefore, it is important that we continue to adhere to these values and apply them in practice in their daily lives to ensure the rights of orphans and achieve the principle of social solidarity.
Orphan Sponsorship
Sponsorship of an orphan is one of the good deeds focused on by our Islamic religion. Islam has made orphan sponsorship one of the highest works that develop society and promote the principles of cooperation and care among its members. When talking about orphan sponsorship, we find that it is not limited to providing shelter and food, but also includes psychological, social and educational care, which helps the orphan to live a decent life.
Orphan sponsorship is the provision of care and attention to a child who has lost his or her father. It includes financial, social, and emotional aspects. It means that someone or someone has to provide for the needs of the orphan, whether in food, drink, education, or even emotional attention. Orphan sponsorship can be through charitable institutions or through individuals, and often represents a voluntary commitment aimed at giving the orphan a chance for a better life.
